We accept 11 residents each year.
First interview invitations will be sent in the fall. Interviews will be held Wednesdays and Fridays, subject to change.
Residents at Lincoln are members of the Committee of Interns and Residents, meaning they are part of a strong union which advocates for their staff. As a result, residents have competitive salaries with appreciable bonus’ such as a $3,000 a year meal stipend, a $3,000 stipend for conferences to be spent over the four years, a $750 education stipend, over $4,000 stipend for child care and healthcare related expenses, wellness days off and compensation for working holidays.

Interview Information
Interview Platform: Webex. We request that you download the Webex App from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the necessary platform here.
Suggested Attire: Business Casual. A formal suit is not required, please be comfortable and professional.
Overview: You will be provided with information on how to join our main program room prior to the start of your interview. During the times specified for individual interviews, you will be moved into a breakout room with an interviewer. After the interview and during breaks you will be moved back into the main room. More information will be emailed to you prior to your interview.
Backup Plan: Please ensure that our coordinator has a preferred phone number for you. In the event that there is an issue with the internet connectivity or the Webex platform, our interviewers can complete the remainder of your interview(s) via telephone. If that does not work or you have any other issues, please email our coordinator, Sunita Tamaldeo.
Resident Socials: We are having completely optional in-person and virtual socials with our residents throughout this application season. Please join us with your favorite drink! Pets welcome!

Diversity and Inclusion: We will be conducting two Meet 'n’ Greet sessions during the interview season where you will have the opportunity to speak with current residents from underrepresented and diverse backgrounds. These sessions are a great way to meet some of our current residents and provide an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
